De oiled lecithin as the name implies is lecithin with no oil but phospholipids to enhance its dispersion in water. Easy to handle, the de oil lecithin is supplied in the powder form. The soya, sunflower and rapeseed lecithin are variants that can be used in many food and beverage applications as dispersant, release agent, wetting agent, emulsifier, etc.
The sources of this range are soy, sunflower seeds and rapeseeds. Other that food and beverage industries, the lecithin is applied in healthcare, personal care and feed industries. The powdered lecithin is packed safely so it can be easily handled, stored and transported. Carton/cardboard boxes are used in the packaging of lecithin. The lecithin remains effective for the period of 12 months from the date of manufacturing. It can be stored in cool, dry place.
